I have a couple of solutions for you to have a bike rack cargo basket combo on your Hyundai Santa Fe.
The only cargo carrier single bike rack combo that can accommodate a fat tire bike is the Yakima EXO Swing Away 2 Bike Rack w/ Cargo Carrier item # Y54ZR.
The Yakima EXO Swing Away 2 Bike Rack w/ Cargo Carrier has an 40 lbs per bike capacity and accepts fat tires that are up to 4.8" wide. This rack will extend 35-1/2" past the hitch pin hole on your vehicle and weighs 179 lbs.
I have linked a review video we did on this carrier below.
The other option is the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 Bike Rack w/ Cargo Carrier for 2 Bikes item # HR1450Z-85. This is only available as a two bike carrier option but you can leave the other cradle off during assembly. This carrier bike rack combo weighs 113 lbs.
This carrier's capacity is 54 lbs per bike. You will need to purchase fat tire adapters as the cradles that come with the Sport Rider SE2 only fit tires up to 3" wide. I have listed the adapters below and linked review video.
Right Side Fat Tire Adapter item # HR39FR
Left Side Fat Tire Adapter item # HR59FR
