I checked with SumoSprings the difference between the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension for the 2019 Ford Expeditions are item # CSS-1168F is for 2WD models and item # CSS-1094F is for 4WD models.
For your 2019 Ford Expedition 4WD Platinum you will want the Coil Spring Suspension item # CSS-1094F. These springs will reduce the sag of your front suspension when it is under a load such as installing a snowplow or a heavy grille guard.
