Does Weight of ProPride 3P Weight Distribution Hitch Count Against Tongue Weight Rating

I have a 2016BMW X5 Xdrive35i tow capacity 6600lbs+ No.BO16.8 traveltrailer20Fbumper to bumper GVWR 4780LBs. 2’’/4”frame . Normally all loaded tongue weight is about 500-600LBs It never exceed 700, but if I add propride 3p probably will exceed the Max tongue weight. I’m worried if it can break the frame even it can distribute weigh. What you think about it? Please give me some advice to deal with. Thank you!

I had the chance to ask this question to ProPride when they came to show us their weight distribution systems recently and they said that the weight of their systems like the part # PR57QR does not end up counting as additional tongue weight as it basically becomes part of the hitch and when in use distributes so much additional tongue weight and absorbs road shock that the weight does not need to be factored.
