Do Curt Adapter Rails For Ram 5th Wheel Prep Package Disassemble Into 4 Pieces

Hello, I have a 2019 ram 2500, and would like to use the puck system adapter to secure a roll out bed drawer. The drawer frame is 32 inches wide exactly. My thought is to weld or bolt attachments onto the frame to line up with the pieces front to back that attach to the puck system in the truck instead of drilling holes all through the bed. The frame of the drawer also runs front to back in the bed when installed, so the pieces would be parallel to each other when installed. My first question is, does the Curt C29BR rail adapter disassemble into 4 pieces? My next question is, how wide is the distance between the two pieces when they are installed? If they are wider than 32 inches by even a half inch, my idea would work great. I haven’t found any other options for installing one of these drawers without drilling new holes, so i’m hoping that this will work. Thank you

Yes, the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch - Dodge Ram Towing Prep Package # C29BR does disassemble into four pieces, in fact it comes in four pieces initially and you put it together.

As for the distances, the width side to side (horizontally, as if measuring between your bed rails) is 39 inches, but front to back (as if measuring between the tailgate and cab) the measurement is 22 inches for the Adapter Rails # C29BR.
