To install the Replacement Sidewind Crank Handle for Bulldog 2-Speed Trailer Jacks # BD701466 you are going to need to remove the roll pin which is located under the cap at the top of the jack.
Removing the roll pin will allow you to remove the gear, handle, and square block.
Then, once the old handle is removed, simply put everything back in reverse order, put the pin back and you'll be good to go.
