I see that this cooler has a Limited Lifetime Warranty.... Can you please tell me specifically what the warranty covers? What does it exclude?

The limited lifetime warranty of the AO Cooler Ballistic Nylon Cooler Bag part # AC86FR covers any manufacturing defects. It would exclude damage caused by improper use like if you were to drag behind a vehicle but if something fails on it from just standard use that would be covered.
