Can Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack on Back of Travel Trailer

Can I use this with e-bikes on the back of my trailer? If so, how do I attach?

The Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes part # S94FR which has a 70 lb per bike capacity can be used on the back of a trailer trailer. In order to do so you'd just need a trailer hitch, the Curt RV Bumper Hitch part # C19101 if you have a square rear bumper or the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs part # 13703 if you don't is what I recommend.
