I just bought C59236 for my 2019 VW Golf Sportwagen. I think my car is PWM-STT but I am not sure. How can a guy find this out so I wire it correctly? Thanks

Thanks for the purchase, and I have added a cut out from the instructions which detail how to determine the wiring type of your 2019 VW Golf SportWagen to install the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236.

While you can use a circuit tester like # PTW2992, the easiest thing to do is check the wiring description to see what your VW falls under. You'll need a helper to engage the lights, but that's the easiest way - just check your lights functions against the "Wiring Description" and you're set.
