How Recessed Can Gooseneck Ball Be For Gen-Y Pegasus Coupler

Question hope you can answer. Have a flat bed with a gooseneck. The ball is recessed some and wondering if there is a max distances the ball can be from the bed for this to hookup. Thanks.

That's a good question and I do have an answer for you!

In order for the Gen-Y Pegasus Shock Absorbing Coupler # 325-GH-7047 to properly attach to the ball, the gooseneck ball has to be within 1" of the top of your flat bed. If it's recessed any further than this it's not going to work.
