Is Lippert Replacement Atlas Jack for Kwikee Level Best Electric or Hydraulic

Question:

The video and the text says this is an electric jack to replace a hydraulic jack. Is this really a hydraulic jack with the two wires on the top for the sensor that detects if the jack is retracted?
