Tire Pressure Monitoring System for 2022 Ford F-450 Dually

Question:

I have a 2022 Ford F450. As you know already, this vehicle does not come with TPMS. I do not wish to install a valve extension but would like to get a TPMS that will have 6 cap sensors. Can you please recommend a product with 6 cap sensors noting that the 2 inner dually wheels will have two cap sensors directly on the valve stem. i also want some recommendation on tire inflation tool for inner dually tire.

The TST TPMS system part # TST-507-RV-6-C would be a great option that has the 6 sensors like you'd need. Basically the caps of your valve stems get replaced with each of the sensors. Or for a flow through setup the part # TST-507-FT-6-C would be a better option that would allow you to inflate the tires without having to remove the sensors. We don't have any inflation setups that are designed to make accessing dually wheels any easier though.
