I may have an option for you but there aren't any custom fit trailer hitches for a 1992 Cadillac Brougham. Therefore, in order to attach a trailer hitch you'll need to do some modifying and or fabricating of your own. The best option we have for this is the Multi-Fit Motorhome Trailer Hitch part # 5350. The reason this option is best is because the width of the hitch can be adjusted for your frame and the two bolt mounting design would be pretty easy to mirror onto the frame as well. The only issue I could see is reducing the ground clearance so you'll want to keep that in mind but this is overall the best and pretty much only option we can offer to you for a trailer hitch.
