If you are getting an E1 error on your Hopkins Agility Brake Controller # HM47294 the controller has an internal problem and needs to be replaced. This isn't super surprising since this controller does not have a great reputation for being reliable. I would recommend replacing it with a much more reliable and better performing proportional brake controller like the Prodigy P2 part # 90885.
