Will Having A Drop Down TV Behind A Fireplace Cause An Issue

Question:

My pre-cut space for an is right in front of the television that hides in the cabinet so the fireplace would be directly in front of the tv when it is in the hidden position. Would this cause an airflow issue or would the back of the unit heat and damage the television?

The heat should only blow outward into the RV so you shouldn't have any issues with the Furrion RV Electric Fireplace with Logs # FF34SW15ABL damaging the tv. An issue you might face is with the tv moving behind the fireplace there's a good chance that dust will be able to get into the cabinet and block up the air vents on the fireplace and causing it to throw up an error. As long as you regularly blow of the vents with some compressed air you should be fine though.
