Can You Take The Plug Off Of A Kat's Heaters Vehicle Interior Heater
Question:
Can you take the plug off of the cord to run it through firewall
asked by: Mark M
Expert Reply:
The plug on the Kat's Heaters Vehicle Interior Heater # KH37100 is molded to the wiring so you wouldn't likely be able to get the plug back together once you were done. Instead you could cut the wires further back from the plug and trim back the casing and heat shrink butt connector # DW05744-10 the wires back together once you're through the fire wall. You will want to ensure that the wires are oriented in the same way when you reconnect them so I would mark one wire on both ends to ensure they go back together.
