What Size Bolts Should be Used for the Foot Plate of the Bulldog Square Jack # BD195368

I am looking at part #BD195368 How big are the slots? What size bolts can I use?

3/8 inch bolts should do well for the slots of the Bulldog Square Jack with Caster Base # BD195368. A coworker of mine pulled one not long ago from our warehouse and measured the slots and determined that 3/8 in hardware would work well.
