Recommended Class III Hitch for a 2023 Ford Edge
Question:
What is the best hitch for a 2023 Ford Edge? Looking for a class III
asked by: David
Expert Reply:
The best hitch for your 2023 Ford Edge is going to be the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver item # e34AR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Ford with included hardware.
This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 4,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 600 lbs maximum tongue weight.
I have linked a couple of pictures below along with an installation video so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 118805 ball mount kit item # C45534.
The # 118805 wiring harness will not fit the Titanium edition. If you have the Ford Edge Titanium you will need the # C73FR instead.
