The frame mounts for TorkLift camper tie-downs do not come separately so you would need to buy the entire kit. If you could give me a little more info on your 2016 F-150 I could find the correct fit for you.
For example, if you had a 5-1/2' bed with a fixed board or step under the cab but not extending to the bed and a factory installed hitch then you would need part numbers # TLF2020 and # TLF3007 for your front and rear tie-downs.
