Can Timbren Axle Less System be Installed Backwards on Trailer

Can they be installed with the Drag arm facing forward ?

If you were to install the Timbren Axle Less kits like the part # TASR5200S03 that you referenced backwards the suspension would not work properly and the ride would be unpredictably harsh.
