Is the Output Wattage Rating of the 2.5-Watt Solar Battery Charger 1.5 or 2.5 Watts

The specs on page 2 shows this has a 1.5 watt output but the description online and the instructions headline say a 2.5 watt. Which is it?

I called Performance Tool for you and confirmed the 2.5-Watt Solar Battery Charger part # PTW2997 is rated at 2.5 watts of max output. There have been multiple versions of the owner's manual and the most recent up-to-date one labeled as "Version 3", shows the updated wattage rating of 2.5.
I have attached a photo below of an excerpt from the latest version of the owner's manual.
