What is the measurements of the plastic case for the TC2317 chains? I want to make sure they will fit in the underfloor storage area of my 2020 Hyundai Sante Fe

The storage box for the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2317 will comfortably fit in a 14-1/2" x 14-1/2" opening, but you might be able to squeeze it into a 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" opening if that's all you have available. It's only a few inches thick so it can easily be stored under some seats in a worst case scenario.
