Recommended Bike Rack That Will be Able to Fold Up on 2010 Toyota RAV4

Question:

I’m looking for a hitch-mounted, platform/tray style bike rack that folds up when not in use. I have a spare tire on the back of my rear door on my 2010 Rav4 so I want to make sure I can fold it up. Also, I need it to provide access to the side-swinging rear door of a 2010 RAV4 when the rack is unloaded. Are there any options for me to have all these features?

This is a platform style rack, it can be folded up against the vehicle while not in use (will clear the rear spare tire), it can be swung out away from the vehicle for rear hatch access, and it has locks for security.
