Yes, the wiring on the Replacement Electric Throttle Motor # 3371410713 contains a power wire and a ground wire. When power goes to the throttle it will move the actuator to raise the motor RPM's. When you cut power to the throttle it will lower the RPM's back to idle. So you will be able to wire this to a Switch # 3376391100
