Will the larger Motion box fit my 2007 Honda Pilot with factory rails and Thule aero bars

I checked with Thule and although the Motion XT cargo box # TH629806 will fit the Aero bars on your Pilot, there will be rear hatch interference. The largest box you can use and not get interference when opening the rear hatch is the 16 cubic foot model, # TH629706.
