Will the Thule Adventurer Cargo Box Fit on a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe

The QM3 Quick Mount Hardware, # TH04997, that you referenced is the correct mounting hardware for the Thule Adventurer cargo box. You should have no problem mounting the Adventurer cargo box to your 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe, assuming it has a roof rack. The QM3 hardware can fit crossbars up to 3-5/8 inches wide, which fits the GM factory crossbars.

If your Tahoe does not have a roof rack with crossbars, then you could use the Thule WingBar roof rack to mount the box to. The bars connect to the Tahoe's raised rails on the roof using the Evo raised rail feet # TH710401.

For the WingBars use the 53 inch bars if your Tahoe is not a Z71 model. They come in silver, part # TH711400, and black, part # TH711420.

If your Tahoe is the Z71 model you instead need the 60 inch bars. Again they come in silver, part # TH711500, and black, part # TH711520.
