Yes, the Demco Trailer Coupler w/ 5-Position Adjustable Channel item # DM6125-97 can also be used with a Lunette ring. For this I recommend the Buyers Products Plain 10-Ton Forged Steel Lunette Ring w/ 3" I.D. item # 337B16140.
The adjustable channel is 3" wide on the inside of the channel and the bolt holes are spaced at 2" apart. The Lunette ring fits 3" channels and has an identical bolt spacing.
This combination will give you a 20,000 lbs towing capacity.
