Yes, both the B&W Underbed Gooseneck Hitch item # BWGNRK1016 and the Firestone Ride-Right Air Helper Springs item # F2613 are compatible with your 2016 GMC Sierra 2500.
The B&W Underbed Gooseneck Hitch item # BWGNRK1016 is custom fit and installs with included hardware. It will provide you with a 30,000 lbs capacity for a gooseneck trailer and the ability to mount the B&W Companion Slider item # BWRVK3400-5W.
The Firestone Ride-Right Air Helper Springs item # F2613 are specifically made to work with in bed hitches. They will provide you with a 5,000 lbs capacity for load leveling support.
I have linked installation videos for both products below.
I also recommend adding the Firestone Air Command II item # F2219. This onboard air compressor has a 150 PSI capacity and will allow you to adjust your air bags from the comfort of your cab. This is a dual path compressor so you will be able to adjust the PSI individually in the bags so you can compensate for off center loads.
