Are There Replacement 10K Spring Bars for Hidden Hitch Weight Distribution System Model 40022
Question:
I have a WDH probably 20 years old. All paperwork says Hidden Hitch Model 40022. I cant seem to find anything on it as to the manufacturer may have been. I know its not a Curt. I can send pictures to someone if that would help. I need 1000 lb. bars and have 800 lb, theyre round bars, If I cant find out anything will have to buy a new hitch. but figured it couldnt hurt trying to find. TIA,

The Hidden Hitch Model 40022 is a very old system and they do not offer replacement spring bars for this anymore. That said, we have an excellent option for replacement and it's very cost effective, the Curt MV Weight Distribution System part # C17052 which comes with everything you need except the hitch ball (2-5/16" Hitch Ball part # C40030) and has a 10,000 lbs / 1,000 lb weight capacity.
