I have confirmed with my contacts at Magnaflow, and you need a MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter, part # MF49999. This catalytic converter is designed to work specifically on the 2007 Kia Rio 5. It is considered a OEM replacement part and will use the existing factory hanger locations and flanges. Due to the design of the exhaust system on your 2007 Kia Rio, a universal converter would not be a feasible option.

Please note that this part is not compliant with the emission control standards of California. Unfortunately, we do not currently carry a catalytic converter that is considered a fit for your vehicle, that also meets the compliance regulations for the state of California.

The MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Catalytic Converter you referenced is designed to be used on vehicles that are older than 1996 and use OBDI computer systems.
