This item has a 3 year replacement warranty? Purchasing for a Thor 2022 Sequence 20L with bike rack.

Yes, the Classic Accessories PolyPro III Deluxe RV Cover for Class B Camper Vans # CA80104 has a 3-Year Warranty that would cover issues with the cover from the factory.
Please note this is designed to fit snug around the body of the motorhome and isn't meant to fit over your bike rack as well. If that's what you're wanting then you need the longer cover part # CA80106 which is for vans up to 27' long and you will have extra material hanging at the back.
