Hitch Cargo Bag Recommendation to Obscure Harvested Game During Travel
Question:
I hunt, I have an 05 wrangler with a hitch cargo carrier rated for 500lbs. Im looking for a cargo carrier bag with a mesh bottom to transport harvested game from the area I hunt, to my house without drawing to much attention on the road. The mesh bottom would allow bodily fluids from the game to run off enabling easy clean up of the bag. I know this may be a strange request. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

All of the bags we carry are solid all the way around since most people adding a bag to the mix do it so they can try to protect their cargo from the elements.
With that being said, what you might try doing is using one of our bags, part # e98990 or part # 988501, but simply turn it upside down. This means that your game will be covered but the bottom will be completely open so everything is a bit easier to clean up after you get home.
These bags come with straps but they are connected to the top, which if you use this as I mentioned it renders the straps useless. I recommend picking up our etrailer Cam Buckle Cinch Straps w/ Buckle Protectors # E98876-4 to help snug things down and keep everything together during travel.
