Parts Needed to Install 7-Way on 2005 Jeep Wrangler without Trailer Wiring
Question:
I have a 2005 Jeep it does not have a trailer plug. Is there a kit that I can plug into the factory harness? I need the 7 blade connector.

To install a 7-way on your 2005 Jeep Wrangler that did not have one you'd first need to start with a 4-way (if you didn't have one) with the part # 118409 and then convert it to a 7-way with the part # 37185 if you don't have a trailer with trailer brakes. If your trailer does have brakes you'd need the # ETBC7 instead with a brake controller like the Brake EVN # TK63VR.
