How To Find Correct Replacement Motor for Kwikee Electric Steps

I need a kwikee type step motor for my coach. I believe the model # of the steps is #2758, s#03573 The owners manual says the motor # is 9035. The old part # was 6020-001

In order to find replacement parts for your steps, you'll first need to identify them correctly using the part number which is usually around nine digits. I have attached a photo below which provides some steps to finding and decoding the part number. The Motor Upgrade Kit for Kwikee Electric RV Steps part # LC379145 is a great option for most steps allowing you to replace your motor and update the controller which is actually required to replace the motor on a lot of older steps. This kit works with the following series; 22, 23, 28A, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 38, and 40 with a manufacturer before or after 1999.
