Does the Progressive Dynamics Inteli-Power RV Converter and Battery Charger # PD9160ALV Suck or Blow

PD9160ALV is there a mount to mount it vertically on the width side for installation in the center of electrical cabinet Cooling fins facing up? And what direction does the fan operate does it pull through the heat sink or blow toward the heat sink? Does it suck or blow? Thank you.

The Progressive Dynamics Inteli-Power RV Converter and Battery Charger # PD9160ALV has screw hole slots that you can use to mount it however you like but there aren't any brackets designed specifically for what you mentioned. The fan is an exhaust fan that pulls air out of the unit. So it sucks.
