Is the loaded tongue weight 10-15 percent of trailer weight or trailer and load weight?

The loaded tongue weight of a trailer will be 10-15 percent of the total trailer weight including cargo. Basically it's always 10 to 15 percent of the total trailer weight whether it's empty or loaded. We do have a tongue weight scale too if you wanted to check where you're at with part # e99044.
