I have a beeping every 49 seconds, carbon monoxide detector has been disconnected for 3 years. The battery says it is fully charged. The camper is hooked to 110 at the house.

We've seen this issue before on your Atwood RV Carbon Monoxide and Propane Gas Detector # AT36681 and the beeping every 40 seconds indicates "a fault has been detected that compromises some detector function."
What you need to do is use push the Alarm Reset button to attempt to clear the fault. If this does not work, the owner's manual states that "the detector is not functioning properly and must be replaced."
