Troubleshooting A Jensen DVD-8800BT Stereo That Has A Screen That Does Not Turn On

JENSEN In.dash JDVD-8800BT is not playing the dvd card and usb it plays FM and Bluetooth only and the screen doesnt turn on it remain off can you tell me how to fix this problem

It sounds like there may be an issue with your wiring that is causing your screen to not come off. I recommend ensuring that all of your ground connections, and wiring connections are connected correctly and there is no breaks or frays in the wiring. If there is, simply replace as they appear and check again for functionality.
You can also use a circuit tester # PTW2993 to check the power to the unit, ensuring that you are getting 12V.
