To use the older Demco Hijacker FWH 24PA on your 2009 Ford F-150 you need the Rails for Demco Older Model 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches DM6014 (discontinued) as well as mounting brackets. You can either use part # DM8552003 for a semi-custom option that is more cost-effective but requires drilling, or you can use the part # DM8552004 for a custom option that fits directly with pre-existing holes in the frame of your pickup.

Once you have the base rails for older Demco 5th wheel and one of the bracket kits you're good to go!
