For your application we're going to need to look at a universal trailer hitch as there aren't any custom fit options for a 2006 Ford E-450 Minnie Winnie motorhome.

Custom hitches are pretty cut and dry as to what they fit but for a universal hitch you'll need to do a little checking on your end to make sure it will fit correctly.

For example, the Class V Universal Weld-on Receiver Hitch # 15901 fits vehicle frames from 18" up to about 44" and the receiver will sit 3" below the mounting surface. If this is compatible with your E-450 then go for it! Otherwise let me know what you found on your motorhome and I can help you choose the correct hitch from our linked selection.
