Can Exhaust of Motorhome Damage Roadmaster Tow Defender Screening

Question:

My class a pusher has the exhaust coming directly out of the back of the rv on the right side. Will this have any negative effect on the screen as far as deterioration of the screen?

With the Roadmaster Tow Defender Protective Screening # RM-4750 that you referenced Roadmaster does not recommend having the exhaust exit the motorhome right by it like you mentioned. You'd want to find a muffler shop who can install a curved pipe so that it exits to the side of it. Or you could go a different route with the Roadmaster Guardian Rock Guard part # RM-4000 which will protect your towed vehicle and does not have any issues with exhaust.
