Bluetooth connectivity issues usually come down to either a power issue or interference issue. If the stereo isn't receiving enough power it can partially function and keep failing so I recommend first checking that your Furrion RV Stereo # DV3300SBL is getting a full 12v of power with a multimeter # PT29ZR. I also recommend checking that you have a good ground and that it is firmly connected to it. Now would be a good time to also reset the stereo by pulling the fuse located in the back of the unit.
From there you're getting into signal strength troubleshooting. You'll want to have your phone as close to the receiver as possible with no obstructions. Dense walls, microwaves, other Bluetooth capable items, high-usage wifi zones, and even water can interfere with how Bluetooth signals travel.
