How do I loosen the tension on my solera bump out awning?

When removing tension from a Lippert Slide-Out Awning like part # LCV000163285 you will need to remove the pin and then spin it counterclockwise for the left-hand side and clockwise for the right-hand side. Do that until you have the desired tension and you're good to go!
