Can the Truma Electric Cooler Be Powered with a Standard Generator

Can this be powered by an old school generator, or does it need to be an inverter/generator?

The Truma Electric Cooler part # TR34VR can be powered by a generator via the 110V AC input, this can be pretty much any generator so long as it has a 110V plug. The generator does not have to have an inverter feature as well it can be just a standard generator.
