How Is The Reese 22K Replacement 5TH Wheel Hitch Head Attached To the Base?

I was curious what the mounting surface on this replacement head looks like? If it is a single pin in the center that locks into the base or if it’s slight different from that.

The Replacement Head # RP58099 mounts to a pivot beam before attaching to the Base Assembly (see image). The head attaches to the pivot beam by 2 pin and clips and then attaches to the base with additional pin and clips.
