All you need to add a gooseneck trailer hitch to your 1993 Chevy 3500 truck is the gooseneck hitch and brackets (which come together), and a gooseneck wiring harness. For your truck, we do have an option for a hidden gooseneck, from Curt:

The Double Lock # C60713 has everything you need for the installation in your truck, and fits both the 8 foot long bed and 6-1/2 foot short bed.
