Extra Long WDS Shank That Works With A Fastway E2 Weight Distribution System
Question:
Does e2 make a 14000# weight distribution hitch with a shank length of 14” from front of bar to pin hole. The standard 9-9+” shafts do not allow you to put the tailgate down hits the electric Jack when hooked up.

Fastway did not have that, however curt makes one very similar to what you're needing.
An alternative option you can use with the E2 system is the:
-Curt Weight Distribution Shank # C17122.
This shank measures 18" overall, 14" from top hole on the shank to the pin hole, and features 7-1/2" of drop on round bar systems or 7" of drop for trunnion bars.
Additionally, this shank has a maximum weight capacity of 15,000-lbs, as well as a maximum tongue weight capacity of 1,500-lbs.
Attached is a diagram of the dimensions of the Curt WDS shank.
