Question:
Can I retrofit a Tibren 3500 or 5200 pound kit onto a 2022 Encore ROG overlanding camping trailer?

To verify if you will be able to use the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # ASR3500S04 on your 2022 Encore ROG overlanding camping trailer there are some measurements you will need to take. This system will place the hub face of the wheel 6" from your trailer frame and the wheel centerline will be 1/4" below the frame with 1-3/4" vertical deflection. It appears your trailer came with a 2,500lbs axle and 15" wheels so you may be able to use the same brakes, and hubs from your current axle. To verify this you will need to remove them and check that the 10" Brakes # 23-468-469 attach to a square brake flange with bolt hole centers at 2-7/8". The Hubs # 84546UC3-EZ will use a Inner Bearing # L68149 and Outer Bearing # L44649.
Please let me know if your measurements or hub is different than what I listed above and I can recommend something closer to your specs.
