The only way I'm aware of to use a winch on a 2010 Toyota RAV4 would at the rear, with the trailer hitch using a winch mounted hitch tray like the Bulldog Winch Hitch Mounted Winch Mounting Plate with Handles part # BDW20011. This tray slides into the 2" opening and has handles on either side for removal and installation. In order to power the winch you'll need a wiring kit like the Bulldog Winch Rear Wiring Kit part # BDW20043.
