You're needing the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRK1320 for your 2020 Ram 2500 - this fits both the long and short beds.
If you don't already have a 7-Way connector in your truck bed then I also recommend picking up the Demco # DM8555002 so it's easier to connect your trailer wiring.
