Recommended Bike Rack for Travel Trailer

Im looking for a secure bike rack to mount on the back of my travel trailer. Will the above model work well for this application?

The Swagman XTC Wheel Mount Rack, part # S64670 is not recommended for use on the rear of a trailer. A rack installed on the rear of a trailer is subjected to more bouncing and jarring than what would be typical if installed on the back of a vehicle. Since the rack isn't engineered to withstand that type of abuse, the rack could possibly fail, causing loss of the bikes while traveling.

We offer several bike racks that are specifically designed for use on the rear of towed trailers, you can see all of them by clicking the provided link. It sounds as if the trailer already has a receiver on it, I would recommend the Swagman Original part # S64400, which can handle a total of 4 bikes.

I would also recommend an Anti-Rattle Device and Cable Lock, part # S64030 to tightly hold the rack into the receiver, as well as protecting the rack and bikes from theft.
